LITOTES Springtime Spree April Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SPONSOR: The Litotes April Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Litotes ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any third-party entity, platform or email service provider.
ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on April 2, 2025, at 12:01 AM CST and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must subscribe to the Litotes email newsletter at www.lovelitotes.com or the event landing page and respond to the question included in each email received on Tuesday and Thursday during the Entry Period. Responses must be submitted within 48 hours of the email being sent. Limit one (1) entry per person per email received.
PRIZES: Prizes will be awarded in the form of products, with no single prize exceeding a retail value of $50. The number of prizes awarded will vary at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received for each email question. Sponsor will notify winners via email within five (5) days of the applicable drawing. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the allotted time, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
ODDS: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for technical errors, lost or delayed emails, or any other issues that may prevent participation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance of any prize.
PRIVACY: Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.lovelitotes.com.
DISPUTES: This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts of Illinois.
