Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
Litotes LLC only delivers within the United States. Customers will receive our products 30 days maximum after receiving their confirmation email.
Information regarding shipping modalities is available on the order’s validation page and the page summing up the order before payment.
There will be no order delivered if payment is not complete.
RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS
The Customer must verify the state and conformity of their order in the presence of the transporter, if possible. If need be, the Customer must emit their complaints about the apparent defects (missing or damaged products).
The Customer must contact Litotes LLC via email in the fourteen (14) days following the arrival of the products. Without a valid reason, any reclamation formulated after this 14-day limit will be not be treated.
RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT
At this moment, Litotes LLC is only accepting approved returns submitted within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN MODALITIES
To return Purchased Product(s), the Customer must notify Litotes LLC within fourteen (14) days, using the following means:
Email info@lovelitotes.com with your order number and reason for your return request.
The Customer may be asked to pay for shipping back to Litotes LLC if the return is approved.
CUSTOMER SERVICES
Products bought from third-party sellers carrying Litotes Candles cannot be returned to Litotes LLC. Any issues with the product must be addressed by the seller directly with the Customer.
GUARANTY
NON-CONFORMITY AND HIDDEN DEFECTS
The Customer must verify the conformity of the products he has received with his order. If there is any mistake, the Customer must reach out to Litotes LLC via email (info[at]lovelitotes.com).
CASES IN WHICH GUARANTY DOES NOT APPLY
If the Customer returns products that do not correspond to the order or that do not come from Litotes LLC’s online boutique, Litotes LLC will not be obliged to comply with the modalities described.
